Beauty/Skin Problems

 Q: “I have just turned 30 and I am starting to notice fine lines around my eyes, and don’t want to go down the Botox route. I want a natural remedy, can your Facial Oils help with fine lines around my eye area?”

A: Yes, our Dry Skin Facial Oil formula contains Helichrysum Oil, Helichrysum Flower is otherwise known as the ‘Ever lasting Flower’ or ‘Immortal Flower’ because of its restorative properties in skin rejuvenation and helping to prevent fine lines and wrinkles. We recommend prevention is better than cure, and the natural way is best. Even if you don’t have Dry Skin, our Dry Facial Oil can be used as a treatment for fine lines 3 times a week applied around the eye area. Remember our oils are Organic, chemical free which will not irritate the sensitive skin around the eye area, and only help to prevent fine lines and wrinkles. The sooner you start to protect this area and your face, the sooner you will prevent and protect your skin from any further ageing. I have Oily Skin but always use Dry Facial Oil 3 times a week, to help prevent signs of ageing and feed/hydrate my skin. I am 45 in July and my crows feet have defiantly slowed down after adopting this Facial Oil into my skin care routine.

Q: “I need a strong moisturiser or Serum to take on holiday, do you have a Facial Oil which will help sooth my skin after I have been in the sun?”

A: Yes, our Dry Facial Oil contains Argan Oil which is rich in Vitamin E, we would recommend using it at night before bed - this will help with any sun damage while on holiday, and any previous damage or sun spots you may have.

 Q: “I suffer from Rosacea, the side of my face can be very red when it flares up, can your facial oils help with this problem?”

A: Yes, Rosehip Oil is contained within all our Facial Oils, because its rich in both polyphenols and anthocyanin, which help reduce inflammation. It also contains vitamin E, an antioxidant known for its anti-inflammatory effects, which helps calm irritation caused by Rosacea and other skin problems. We highly recommend our Normal Skin Facial Oil for this skin problem, due to the non-fragrance and light oils used within this formula, our Normal Skin Facial Oil will help calm the Rosacea.

Q: “I have acne and breakouts all the time, can it be right to use a Facial Oil on Oily skin, wont it make it worse?”

A: No, most people think Facial Oils are not compatible for Oily/Combination skin which is actually a myth. Its actually the opposite! Facial Oils are an essential component to any skin routine, because oil actually balances and restores your skins natural oil. Your skin produces its own oil naturally called Sebum, and too much production of this causes oily skin. Our Facial Oils for Oily/Combination skin helps restore and re balance skin to its natural completion. An added benefit to our Oily/Combination Facial Oil formula is the inclusion of Tea Tree & Rosemary Oil, which are both known for their antibacterial properties, which will help with acne and breakouts - as well as helping to regulate your skins oil production.

 Q: “I have sensitive skin and not sure if I can use Facial Oils?”

A: Our Normal Facial Oil is a light formula which contains Prickly Pear Seed Oil, this is perfect for sensitive skin types - especially if you are looking for skin hydration or suffer with hyper-pigmentation issues, this oil helps balance your skin as it has gentle healing and protecting factors, which is extremely beneficial for sensitive skin types.

Q: “I have large pores on my cheeks, and I would like to reduce them – will your Oils clog these pores, I need guidance on this?”

A: “We understand your problem very well, and many people experience this problem at some point. Our Oily/Combination Facial Oil contains Rosemary & Rosehip Oil, which are both rich in both Polyphenols and anthocyanin, both of which helps to reduce inflammation. It also contains vitamin E, an antioxidant known for its anti-inflammatory effects. Rosemary Oil will actually reduce your large pores, and tighten your skin over time - we hope this helps.

 Q: “I have dry flaky skin with dry patches, can your oil fix this problem as no moisturiser seems to help in the long term?”

A: Yes, our Dry Skin Facial Oil contains Jojoba Oil, which is a natural moisturiser and used daily will help to resolve this problem and restore your skin back to its natural state. After time, your skin will feel smooth and supple, dryness will be eliminated.

Q: “I suffer from acne scars on my face, can Facial Oils help to reduce scars or fade them?”

A: Yes, our Oily/Combination Facial Oil contains Frankincense Oil, which has the ability to stimulate healthy skin turnover and heal/fade scars.

Q: “How do you get glowing skin, I read your promotions and you mention ‘glowing skin’, but my skin is looks dull even when I exfoliate and use a moisturiser?”

A: This is a must in order to remove dead skin cells and regenerate new. Use our Facial Oils to help restore your skin and help it glow. Our Normal Facial Oil contains Grapeseed oil, which was recently voted the 3rd best oil for restoring skin back to a perfect complexion and ‘make it glow’.

 Q: “I have been told that Facial Oils help make you look younger, is this true?”

A: Essential oils have been around since Adam and Eve, historians actually mention that the Egyptians and ancient Greek’s used these oils to aid a youthful appearance.

Q: “I have read that Facial Oils are better than night cream, is this true and why”

A: In our opinion Yes, Facial Oils are better than night cream - because Facial Oils have smaller molecular particles, which helps penetrate your skin deeper than artificial products.

A: Our £1 Gift Wrapping Service is offered to cover various occasions, including Birthdays, Anniversaries, Thank You’s, Mothers Day & Christmas Presents. Our Facial Oils come in a beautiful white organza bag, with golden ribbon, and depending on the occasion we include a gift tag to suit. All our gift wrapping is within our ‘Shop Now’ page, where you are given the option to select the appropriate Gift Wrapping Service for you.

Q: “I would like to buy your Facial Oil for a Birthday gift and require next day delivery, will I receive on time?”

A: If we receive your order before 12 noon we will dispatch your order on Next Day Delivery, also don’t forget to take advantage of our £1 gift wrapping service.

Q: “Can I add a message to the gift wrapping, if I am sending direct to recipient?”

A: “Yes, we can add any message to the gift tag, once you have decided which gift wrapping service you require e.g. ‘Thank You gift’ and you have added this to your shopping cart, please go to your Shopping Cart, and you will notice to the left of the page, at the bottom - there is a box entitled ‘Special instructions for Seller’ please include any message you require to the recipient here **Please note our gift tags have limited space **

A: Yes, we have a  a variety of ways to pay using all major credit & debit cards, Google Pay & Apple Pay payment option, all of which is secure and guaranteed using encrypted payment technology.

Delivery

Q: "Free local delivery"

A: Free local delivery is for North Tyneside area of the UK witin 2 miles of NE27. If you live local to North Tyneside you automatically receive free delivery. To receive this within 'Shipping' at checkout just click the 'Pick Up' section, when I receive your order I will Text or Direct Message you to arrange local delivery. 

Q: “How do I get Next Day Delivery?”

A: We would need your order to be paid by 12 noon on the previous day, to guarantee our Next Day Delivery Service.

 Q: “Which courier company do you use?”

A: We normally use Royal Mail,  the service for which includes Signature & Tracking information, this is included in your order information, once dispatched.

Q: “What are your delivery charges for UK Delivery?”

A: Our Shipping Policy is as below:

Angel Skin Products currently delivers to UK, European and international customers. Please allow up to 3 days to process your order before dispatch. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Our delivery options are as follows:

Royal Mail Standard Tracked Small Parcel 100g

UK 1st Class Royal Mail: £4.85

Usually 2 working days to any UK address including Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

UK 2nd Class Royal Mail: £3.85

Usually 2-4 working days to any UK address including Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

UK 1st Class Next Day: £8.95

UK Guaranteed by 1pm. Delivery the following working day for orders placed before 1pm any working day. UK Islands, Highlands and remote areas may require 2 working days.

Europe Standard: £7.50

Usually 4-9 working days. Allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

International Standard Zone 1: £12.10

Usually 14 working days. Allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Customs duties and local sales taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International Standard Zone 2: £14.50

Usually 14 working days. Allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Customs duties and local sales taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delayed/Lost Orders:

Our delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 7 working days for UK orders, 14 working days for orders to Europe and 21 working days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to provide a refund until this period has elapsed. Angel Skin Products is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

Recipients Signature:

For security reasons, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be at your usual address during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified time frame (usually 7 days or after 3 delivery attempts), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in re sending the parcel.

Returns

Q: “Can I return my goods ordered?”

A: Our Returns Policy is as below:

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your www.angelskinproducts.co.uk order. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can exchange or return your items within 30 days of purchase. 

You can contact us at tara@angelskinproducts.co.uk for returns and exchanges. Refunds will be credited using the same method as the original payment type. Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to be completed. Only purchases from www.angelskinproducts.co.uk may be returned. If you purchased from a retailer, please refer to the retailer’s return policy. 

All items returned, postage must be paid by customer. Return address will be emailed to customer once Return/Exchange email has been sent to tara@angelskinproducts.co.uk 

Angel Skin Products monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.

Where is your product made

Q: “Where is your product made?”

A: Our Facial Oils are handmade here in the UK, Newcastle upon Tyne. I make these products at Home with a little help from my Daughter, all handmade with love.

A: All our oils are sourced from all over the world, and our suppliers are Certified 100% Organic Suppliers, Grade A Cold Pressed Oils.
